common problem:

High quality silica sol casting often inquires whether the gas steam boiler dewaxing kettle pressure gauge, liquid level gauge valve are all normal.

High quality automobile castings shall be inspected for sand falling in the steam dewaxing kettle anytime anywhere. If there is too much, it shall be removed immediately ( cleaned with steam).

a: Waste steel:

Waste metal, carbon steel, aluminum alloy cast iron rare metal are allowed to be mixed in the waste steel; obvious oxide skin, rust, oil stain, sand adhesive are allowed to be stored on the surface of the waste steel; tubular materials, closed containers, natural explosive materials ice poison are allowed in the waste steel.

The waste steel entering the plant shall be provided with the composition data analysis report of the delivery party, wrong materials are allowed; the specification size shall conform to the smelting regulations.
