High quality silica sol casting is an important part of cylinder. High carbon steel is usually used, with hard chromium plating on the surface, stainless steel to prevent corrosion improve the wear resistance of sealing ring. The component seal at the rotary reciprocating position of the sealing ring is called dynamic seal, the seal of the static part is called static seal.

The connection methods of cylinder barrel end cover are as follows:

Working principle of cylinder:

The price of EPC casting determines the thrust tension on the piston rod according to the magnitude of the force required for the work. Therefore, when selecting the cylinder, the output force of the cylinder should have a little margin. If the cylinder diameter is small the output force is enough, the cylinder can work normally; but if the cylinder diameter is too large, only the equipment is bulky the cost is high, but also the air consumption is increased, resulting in energy waste. In the fixture design, the force increasing mechanism should be used as far as possible to reduce the size of the cylinder.
