Introduction:

High quality precision castings are cylindrical metal parts that guide the piston to move back forth in a straight line in the cylinder. High quality zinc alloy die casting converts heat energy into mechanical energy through expansion in the engine cylinder; the gas is compressed by the piston in the compressor cylinder to increase the pressure. The casing of a turbine, rotary piston engine, etc., is often referred to as a "cylinder.". Application fields of cylinder: printing (tension control), semiconductor (spot welding machine, chip grinding), automatic control, robot, etc.

Cylinder type:

① Single acting cylinder: only one end has a piston rod, the air supply one side of the piston can generate air pressure. The air pressure pushes the piston to generate thrust extend, returns by spring self weight.

② Double acting cylinder: alternating air supply both sides of the piston, output force in one two directions.

③ Diaphragm type cylinder: replace piston with diaphragm, output force in one direction only, reset with spring. Its sealing performance is good, but its stroke is short.

④ Impact cylinder: This is a new type of element. It converts the pressure energy of the compressed gas into the kinetic energy of the piston moving at high speed (10-20 M / s), so as to do work.

⑤ Rodless cylinder: the general term for a cylinder without a piston rod. There are two categories: magnetic cylinder cable cylinder.

The cylinder for reciprocating swing is called swing cylinder. The inner cavity is divided into two parts by the blade, the air is supplied alternately to the two cavities.
