Forming process caused by white film deformation solutions

When the white film is taken the mold after molding, due to the complexity of certain geometric shapes, physical drawing deformation will occur due to the effects of air pressure water pressure when the mold is taken, when the mold is taken manually. 

The solution is:

(1) When processing the mold, try to use a mold coated with Teflon on the surface;

(2) The draft angle of the mold is appropriate;

(3) Use appropriate air pressure;

(4) The white mold for the shell can be fixed with tape;
