The main advantages of EPC process compared with sand casting process are as follows:

1. Wide range of production: EPC does  need parting  lower core, so it is especially suitable for box, shell  tube castings with complex geometry  difficult to complete in traditional casting.

2. High precision  high profile standard: it can achieve high dimensional precision  cast thin wall (i.e. 3mm). Because there is no molding in EPC, the method of "investment casting" is adopted directly, so the shape of casting is consistent with that of mold. 6. It is easy for workers to find  organize production quickly: EPC has cancelled the molding process,  skilled molding workers are no longer needed. After a short period of training, you can become a skilled worker.

7. High pouring efficiency: EPC is suitable for group casting,  it is easy to desanding in dry sand embedded mold. In some castings, waste heat treatment can be carried out according to the use. Multiple castings can be combined in one mold to improve casting efficiency.
