Operating procedures for castings of nodular casting manufacturers

1) Before work, check whether the furnace body, furnace door, trailer, wire rope pulley, blower  other equipment are normal,  whether there are collapse, fracture, cracking  other unsafe factors. If any, the boiler can only be started after proper treatment. The oxide skin  metal on  near the resistance wire shall be cleaned carefully when annealing with electric furnace.

2) When burning a fire, the explosives in the coal should be checked carefully. In the process of wind stopping, the coal seam shall  be thickened to prevent gas explosion. The coal slag shall be disposed at any time without overstocking.

3) Before loading  unloading, the agricultural casting supplier shall check whether there is any obstacle on the track slot  whether the hook, chain  other tools are reliable.

4) When loading  unloading large castings  thin-walled workpieces, be sure to lay them flat. Space shall be properly left between the adjacent areas,  the loading height shall  exceed the requirements.

5) Before discharging  the furnace, the firebrick  fireclay on the furnace door shall be cleaned,  the puller mechanism shall be checked for ease of use.

6) When agricultural castings are put out of the furnace  transported in bulk, irrelevant personnel shall  be close to both sides of the flat car to avoid personal injury caused by the collapse of the sandbox  workpiece. It is forbidden to rest  stack articles around the furnace.

7) When the temperature of working object is higher than 400 ℃, it is forbidden to use chain  wire rope to lift ( take heat insulation measures) to avoid fracture after annealing. When using crane to lift work objects, the safety operation regulations of crane  hooker shall be observed.

8) when using the gas stove, the agricultural casting manufacturers should follow the order of gas ignition: first use compressed air to blow the remaining gas in the furnace, close the compressed air valve, ignite the igniter bar, open the gas nozzle valve,  adjust the compressed gas  gas flow after burning the nozzle, so as to fully burn it. When ceasefires are carried out, the order shall be reversed.

9) When baking in the oil furnace, the ignition sequence is: first close the air valve, light the ignition rod, slightly open the throttle, after ignition, adjust the air valve  throttle to make it burn fully,  prohibit "wind pressure oil".

10) When the pulverized coal fuel boiler is used, it is forbidden to burn the boiler when the blower is faulty  the pipeline is cracked.

11) To repair the electric furnace, the main switch must be cut off,  the warning sign of "maintenance by someone, no switching on" must be hung,  someone shall be set for supervision.
